we, the Malaria and NTDs Youth Champions of South Sudan, standing together with youth leaders from eight countries across the globe, unite under the Global NTD Youth Forum with one shared vision: to empower the next generation to accelerate the elimination of neglected tropical diseases (NTDs).

We call upon governments, donors, partners, and communities to recognize the power of youth in health advocacy. Together, we will:  

- Champion awareness campaigns that break stigma and mobilize communities.  

- Advocate for policy and funding that prioritize NTD elimination.  

- Strengthen capacity and leadership among youth to sustain progress.  

- Share knowledge and amplify success stories across nations.

By 2030, we envision a world where neglected tropical diseases are no longer a barrier to opportunity, dignity, and health. A world where youth leadership is central to resilient health systems and sustainable development.
