About Us

The Global NTDs Youth Platform is a collaborative global initiative that connects, empowers, and amplifies the voices of young people working to eliminate Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) worldwide. Across regions and communities, youth are leading impactful efforts in NTD advocacy, research, health promotion, and community engagement. Yet many of these initiatives remain fragmented or under-recognized. The Global NTDs Youth Platform was created to bridge this gap—by providing a shared digital space where youth-led action becomes visible, connected, and strengthened.

What We Do

We provide a digital platform where youth organizations and communities can:

• Showcase their work and impact in NTD prevention, advocacy, research, and community engagement

• Connect with like-minded youth organizations across countries and regions

• Share resources, experiences, and best practices

• Discover opportunities for collaboration with peers, partners, and supporters

By making youth-led activities visible and interconnected, the platform fosters collaboration, mutual learning, and collective action toward the elimination of NTDs.

Get Involved

The platform is currently operating in a pilot phase with referral-based participation. During this period, organizations may join through invitations or recommendations from existing members or the secretariat. From July 2026, the platform will open for general registration, allowing any youth-led organization that meets the participation criteria to join freely.
